I never write negative reviews, but my experience at this salon was so unprofessional that I feel compelled to share it. I am visiting from the US and booked an €80 collagen hair treatment after a hiking trip From the start, the service with Karol was alarming. She immediately pressured me to get a haircut. As soon as I was leaning toward yes, she grabbed scissors and was about to cut my hair without even parting it or ensuring it would be even. I had to stop her. During the treatment, Karol passed all the labor onto a volunteer trainee from another country. He spoke no Spanish and very a bit of English, yet she expected him to know what to do without proper guidance. He shared it was his first time doing this treatment. Karol repeatedly left him entirely in the blue, leaving me feeling incredibly anxious. At the sink, they left a second round of shampoo sitting in my already-dry hair for an unnecessary amount of time. When Karol finally returned to apply the actual collagen, she did it so messily that it ended up on my scalp. When I asked her to clean it off, she grabbed water and towel and wiped it off a bit aggressively. The volunteer did his best, but Karol’s treatment of him was unfair and uncomfortable to watch. The worst part was at checkout. Karol tried to charge me €120 instead of the €80 price listed on my booking. When I objected, I felt a lot of tension. Another colleague had to intervene and confirmed that the salon had changed their prices on Monday—after I had already booked. Karol went to speak to a manager, came back, and shoved a Google Translate screen in my face that read: "Today it will be 80 euros, but next time it will be more." Rest assured, there will never be a next time. While the other hairdressers in the salon seemed reasonable and competent, I highly suggest avoiding Karol.

Mi mujer ayer se ha ido hacer el color y la dejaron con el pelo mojado porque tenían q cerrar a las 19:30 y no las daba tiempo. Tuvo que irse con el pelo mojado porque tenían clientas y no llegaban. Siendo cliente habitual. Una pena.
